Discover the new The Wonderful 101 website and watch a special Nintendo Direct broadcast all about the game

The Wonderful 101 hits Wii U on 23rd August, and now you can learn more about the game’s story, heroes and unique brand of action in a special The Wonderful 101 Direct, as well as at the newly-launched The Wonderful 101 website.

In the special Nintendo Direct broadcast, game director Hideki Kamiya introduces some of the spectacular combat, colourful characters, and challenging missions that await players. And if you’re after even more over-the-top action, there’s a brand new 7-minute-long trailer to enjoy too!

Today also sees the launch of the official The Wonderful 101 website. Take a look to get better acquainted with some of the Wonderful Ones and their weapons of choice, the beginnings of the GEATHJERK invasion, and more. Check back soon for the full site!

Wii U owners can even try the game out for themselves today, with a free demo available to download from Nintendo eShop now. Nintendo eShop is home to a special offer for this title, too: if you download Pikmin 3 from Nintendo eShop between July 26th 2013 and September 21st 2013, you will be able to buy The Wonderful 101 for 30% off on Nintendo eShop on the same Wii U once it's released and only until 21st September 2013.

The Wonderful 101 will be released on August 23rd, both in shops and as a download version from Nintendo eShop, only on Wii U.
