By default, the network name (SSID) will appear as: Belkin
How to access this router's settings:
- Access login by clicking: http://192.168.2.1
- Enter default* username: (leave blank)
- Enter default* password: (leave blank)
* If you have changed the router's default login settings you will need to enter the newer username and/or password. If you are unable to log in to the router, please call 1-800-255-3700.
Where to find and change your router's:
- WEP/WPA key access: In 'Security' under 'Wireless' example
- Network name (SSID): In 'Channel and SSID' under 'Wireless' example
- Protected Mode: In 'Channel and SSID' under 'Wireless' example
- Wireless Mode: In 'Channel and SSID' under 'Wireless' example
Important Notes:
Wii and DS
In order to establish a successful connection you may need to disable 'Protected Mode.' This setting can be found under 'Channel and SSID' on the 'Wireless' page.
Wii
In some cases you may need to update your router's firmware. For information on performing this update, please contact your router's manufacturer.
