Internet Service Providers and Connection Types
Our experience has found that some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) do not work well with the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. This is due to privacy software, log-in requirements, speed or IP address limitations.
The following ISPs may not be able to connect at all, or may experience problems with online game play over the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Please note that this list is subject to change at any time.
