• Neither the Nintendo DS nor the Nintendo DSi stylus will fit into the system.

• System produces pops, hisses, scratching, or buzzing

Information:

This normally happens when the system volume is below 30%, and is a function of the way the system was designed. Because all systems are designed this way, a repair or replacement is not needed as it will not stop this from happening.

To prevent this from happening, play at a slightly higher volume or try a pair of headphones with a volume setting.
