Submit tournament

After carefully monitoring the situation surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we have decided to suspend new applications to our Super Smash Bros. Ultimate community licence programme. The health and safety of everyone involved in the tournaments, including players, tournament staff, and spectators, is paramount.
