Gear up! New monsters, locales, and abilities await in Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak

The world of Monster Hunter Rise is getting even bigger with a monster-ous expansion—Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak.

After being summoned to aid a distant Kingdom, you’ll head out to the bustling maritime waystation, Elgado Outpost. This command post tasked with restoring peace to the realm also houses the laboratory researching monsters.

The threat befalling the Kingdom is closely linked to powerful creatures known as the Three Lords: the newly unveiled Garangolm, the Fanged Wyvern Lunagaron, and the Elder Dragon Malzeno. Research the Three Lords while encountering exciting new locales, including the newly added Citadel locale.

You can enjoy all-new hunts, new and returning monsters, visit new locales, and master all-new Wirebug techniques.

• New characters: Meet new allies in Elgado, an outpost of the Kingdom.

This version of the expansion comes with the same early purchase bonus, but also contains additional Buddy armor sets, a hunter layered armor set, gestures, and more!

As a reminder, you must own the full version of Monster Hunter Rise in order to play this expansion. Then, the core Sunbreak content will be accessible after completing the 7-star Hub quest, “Serpent Goddess of Thunder.”
