Notes About Charging
- Charge the product in a location where the temperature is between 5 and 35℃.
- Make sure that you charge the product at least once every six months. If not charged for an extended period of time, the battery may lose its ability to retain charge.
- With repeated charges during the life of the product, the amount of time the battery lasts after a full charge will naturally decrease.
- If the usage time after a full charge reduces dramatically, or if your battery can no longer retain charge at all, it means the battery is reaching the end of its life. It will need to be exchanged for a new battery.
Battery exchanges
The replacement of batteries in a Nintendo Switch console, Joy-Con or Nintendo Switch Pro Controller should not be undertaken by customers. Please direct any inquiries to Customer Service.
