Original and licensed accessories, which are usually tested by Nintendo, can be recognised clearly by two things that appear on the packaging and/or instructions:

1. The words "Licensed by (the Trademark of) Nintendo ...". This sentence does not appear on our own products.
2. The gold "Original Nintendo Seal of Quality". This consists of a cross with golden edges and a white space on which the above phrase appears in gold letters. The company name is also written in the style of our logo. In the lower right corner there is a small "TM" (see picture above).

The Seal of Quality guarantees that you have purchased Nintendo quality and that you can be certain that everything will work together without problems.
