Join a waitlist for a chance to attend
Know Before You Go
We hope you’re just as excited as we are for the Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events to kick off!
As a friendly reminder, if you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket(s) to free up your spot(s) for other excited fans.
Here are some things to keep in mind as you plan for the Event:
Remember to bring your tickets! If you don’t have them with you, you won’t be able to enter.
Your ticket(s) are non-transferrable.
Please check your ticket for Event details to ensure you come to the right location, date, and session entry time listed on the ticket.
If you entered the waitlist and did not receive a ticket offer via the email address associated with your Nintendo Account, you do not have a ticket to the Event. If you aren’t sure whether you have a ticket or if you are still on a waitlist, please check here.
Leaving and re-entering the gameplay experience area is not permitted.
There will be no coat or bag check on site. Anything you bring will need to stay with you throughout the Event.
The venues are ADA accessible.
What to expect on site
Once you check in, you may be waiting in a queue for a little while until you are brought into the gameplay experience area. Once inside, the expected gameplay experience is 2 hours and 20 minutes.
You will receive a colored wristband once you check in that will indicate how long you will have within the gameplay experience. Expect more details about this at the Event.
Event Ticket and Check-In
For a faster entry, please have your Event ticket ready. You can add it to your Apple Wallet, print it, or simply have it open on your phone. Required for people 7 years and older. Your non-transferable digital ticket(s) must be scanned to enter the event.
Visit the My Passes/Tickets tab of the event site and login with your Nintendo Account to access your Pass(es): https://experience.nintendo.com/#/my-tickets-passes
Plan your arrival for your timed entry window. You may arrive up to 15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may not be able to enter the Event, at the discretion of Nintendo. After check-in, you may need to wait in a queue prior to the start of your gameplay experience.
Bottled water, snacks for young children, and medically necessary items are allowed.
Each ticket has a unique QR code which allows one entry. If there are multiple copies of a ticket, only the first one scanned will be admitted. Please be cautious if someone tries to sell you their Event ticket. Event tickets have no official resale value and, if acquired from any party other than Nintendo, may not be authentic.
