Set off with "Ring" to Save the World

Run through Lands of Adventure

When you jog, your character runs.
Squeeze the Ring-Con
to shoot an air blast.
Use it to disarm traps, too.
Or point it downwards and fire to jump...
You'll find various landscapes to play in,
including mountains, sea, marshes and sky.
Use your whole body to work your way through each location, be it letting loose on a raft,
flying through the air, or rocking a coaster.

Use Your Fit Skills to Fight Foes

When you encounter an enemy,
a turn-based battle begins.
Attack and defend using movement-based controls
to unleash more than 40 different "Fit Skills" against your foes.
As you progress through the game, you'll learn new Fit Skills that offer stronger attacks.

Matching Your Opponent

Arms exercises are effective against red opponents, abs against yellow, legs against blue, and yoga against green.
Use a Fit Skill matching your opponent's colour to cause greater damage.

Keeping Good Form

You can increase your attack power by using the proper form, such as dropping your hips down low when performing squats.

Using Ab Guard

Defend against enemy attacks with an "Ab Guard", where you press the Ring-Con against your abs.
If you flex hard and press the Ring-Con into your abs, you'll be able to reduce the damage you take.

Remembering to Recover

When your HP drops, recover using healing Fit Skills and smoothies, which you can make from items you collect.
Smoothies aren't all about healing, though. You can make all sorts of recipes, like ones that raise your attack power.

The End-of-the-World Boss, Dragaux, Awaits

Work your way through the land, defeating the many enemies and clearing each course you encounter.
Finally, after completing multiple courses, the giant boss Dragaux awaits.
This is the final battle that will put all your accomplishments and growth to the test!

Grow in Strength Together

Once you've bested your opponents and cleared a course,
your character obtains Exercise Points in proportion to your real-world exercise performance, and levels up.
Your character's abilities improve and he or she can learn new Fit Skills.
You can also check your activity time, calories burned and distance covered, letting you truly feel the fruits of your labour, all reflected in your in-game character's development.

Pick Your Own Pace

Adventure Mode includes over twenty worlds.
Playing for half an hour a day, it will take approximately three months to complete. Players can set an exercise load that suits them personally,
meaning Ring Fit Adventure can be enjoyed by players of
a wide range of exercise ability.
Enjoy adventuring day by day
as you work towards your goals,
training at your own pace
without overstretching yourself.
