Managing Your Nintendo Account Information

If you would like to access or update your Nintendo Account information, you can do so through your account settings. You can access your account by signing in at accounts.nintendo.com. Requesting Your Information

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to obtain a digital copy of the specific pieces of information we hold about you. If you have a Nintendo Account and you would like to make such a request, please click here to log into your Nintendo Account and then complete the request form that will be presented to you after login. If you are accessing the request form from a shared computer, please make sure that no one else is currently logged into their Nintendo Account on this computer. If you do not have a Nintendo Account and you would like to request a digital copy of the information we hold about you, please contact us by telephone as set out below. We will provide a response within 45 days, unless we need more time, in which case we will notify you. Please note that you will need to verify your identity to process this request. If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will contact you to request that information. If we are unable to process your request, we will explain the reason in our response.


Deleting Your Nintendo Account

Our support site has information How to Delete a Nintendo Account. It will take 30 days from the date of the request to process an account deletion. Your Nintendo Account, and any purchases or content associated with your account, will be permanently deleted once your request is processed.


Opting-Out of Marketing Emails

If you would like to opt-out of marketing e-mails, information on How to Manage Promotional Communications Settings is available at support.nintendo.com. You can also select “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the marketing e-mail that you received from us.


Requesting Deletion of Your Information
