Summary of changes to Nintendo Privacy Policy

In February 2023, we made edits to improve our privacy policy. The current version of the Nintendo Privacy Policy can be found here but, for your convenience, we’ve summarized the updates below:

• We provided new data usage preferences (located in the Nintendo Account settings) and described new consumer rights; and

• We described our advertising practices in greater detail.
