Did you insert the game card correctly?

Please remove and then reinsert the game card and check if the issue is resolved. See here for the correct way to insert the card.

Is the game card slot dirty?

If it is, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth, like one used to clean glasses, being gentle to avoid scratches.
