Nintendo Switch Concierge
Nintendo Switch Concierge is a new, no cost pilot program for new Nintendo Switch™ system owners. Participate in a virtual one-on-one meeting with a Nintendo representative to ask questions, get answers, and learn more about everything your Nintendo Switch system has to offer!
How it works
- There is limited session availability - participation is on a first come, first served basis.
- The offer to participate is non-transferable and is only open to those that recently purchased a Nintendo Switch system.
- Participation is limited to (1) session per person.
- You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this service.
- By participating in this program, you agree that Nintendo may collect video images of you, your voice and your surroundings in order to interact with you, answer your questions and enable Nintendo to provide you with the requested service.

This program is a new initiative for new Nintendo Switch owners where you can get your questions answered. There is no additional obligation to purchase anything in order to participate in this program.
Can I invite a friend or family member to join the session with me?
The program offers a one-on-one conversation with a Nintendo representative. You may invite others to join the session with you from the same device.
What are the dates and times available for the sessions?
The program runs throughout January and February, and session dates/times vary based on demand and our Nintendo representatives’ schedules.
Is there a wait list I can join if no session times are currently available?
Because this is a pilot program, we have limited availability on a first come, first served basis. We recommend continuing to check back here since there may be additional session availability due to cancellations throughout the duration of the program.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation and a reminder email from NintendoSwitchConcierge@noa.nintendo.com.
If our Nintendo experts need to reach out to you for any reason, the email will come from firstname.lastname@example.org.
What can I do if I registered for a session but need to adjust the time or can no longer attend?
Please click “manage booking” on your confirmation email.
Will my session be recorded?
No - you may not initiate recording of the session and the session will not be recorded by Nintendo.
Do I need to download any software programs to join the session?
The session will be hosted on Microsoft Teams. If joining from a mobile device, you will need to download the Microsoft Teams app to join the session.
