Maybe its been a while since you last played and you're not sure what to do next to progress the story. Open the Adventure Log by pressing the "+" button, and check out what you should be doing next. By continuing to clear the Main Quest you can progress the story.
By selecting the Main Quest with the "A" button (to set destination), the destination with be lit up on the Map. The Map can be opened with the "-" button.
