They bear the mark of the Astral Dragon in this dark fantasy style action RPG!
Dragon Marked For Death is a side-scrolling 2D action RPG that can played solo or with up to four players in local or online multiplayer.
The playable characters in Dragon Marked for Death: Advanced Attackers are the Shinobi and Witch.
You play as the survivors of the Dragonblood Clan who set out to take revenge on the Kingdom of Medius, who destroyed their home and captured the Dragonblood Oracle, Amica. To obtain the power they need to enact their revenge, they forge a pact with the Astral Dragon Atruum.
Use your newly acquired powers to take on quests from villagers and raise your status in the kingdom. How you perform in these quests can have a direct effect on the game's final outcome.
Quests aren't all about defeating enemies, though. You'll guard a ship's passengers from monsters, search for hidden treasure, rescue a princess from a castle under siege, and a lot more!
Choose from four playable characters (Empress, Warrior, Shinobi, or Witch) and defeat your enemies to gain experience and level up. You'll receive points as you level up that can increase your attack power, defense, agility, and other parameters. Customize your character in a way that best suits your individual playstyle!
Team up with up to four players in co-op multiplayer action via local wireless, or go online with Nintendo Switch Online and use worldwide matchmaking system to play with adventurers all over the world. By strategizing and working together with your party, you'll be able to achieve even greater results and reap even better rewards!
Get ready to experience the unique, dark fantasy world of the Dragonblood Clan in this intense 2D action-RPG!

Additional Playable Characters: Empress & Warrior
Releases Jan 31, 2019DLC details
This downloadable content unlocks the Empress and Warrior as playable characters.
The daughter of the Dragonblood Clan's chief. She bears the mark of the Astral Dragon, the Dragonscar, on her arm.
Through her contract with the Astral Dragon Atruum, the power of the dragon now resides in her arm, giving her numerous special powers.
In addition to her natural proficiency with swords, she can shoot fireballs from the Dragon Arm and turn it into a giant blade to deal heavy damage to enemies.
She can also turn the Dragon Arm into a makeshift wire to grab onto special hooks and swing.
A young man of the Dragonblood Clan. He bears the Dragonscar on his chest.
His contract with Atruum imbued his chest with the dragon's power, strengthening his body and giving him excellent defense.
By concentrating power into the Dragon Body, he can deploy an impregnable shield that protects nearby allies from harm and heals them over time.
He can also enter a berserk state, which enables him to use devastating new attacks and increases his attack power, but drastically lowers his defense.
Additional Playable Characters: Shinobi & Witch
Releases Jan 31, 2019DLC details
This downloadable content unlocks the Shinobi and Witch as playable characters.
A young man in the Dragonblood Clan. He bears the Dragonscar on his legs.
The power of the Astral Dragon Atruum allows him to use his powerful legs for both offense and enhanced movement.
The Shinobi is capable of wall jumps, hovering mid-air, double jumps and the special Dragon Dash. He combines these movement options with attacks using his Dragon Legs to deal massive damage to enemies.
When he collides with an enemy using the Dragon Dash, he will lock-on to them for a short time, causing all of his attacks to deal more damage and automatically home-in on his target.
A young woman in the Dragonblood Clan, and also said to be the clan's last magic user. She bears the Dragonscar on her head.
Atruum's power is imbued into her hair, strengthening the magic power she uses by incanting a variety of spells.
The Witch is able to use the dragon's power to further enhance her magic, putting her into a trance-like state where she can unleash a spell multiple times with only one incantation. Few foes can withstand a skillfully unleashed onslaught of her magic.
Her magic is not only limited to attacks. She can also act in a support role, creating platforms in mid-air, illuminating dark areas, and healing her allies.
