Invalid Zip Code or Address
The Zip code or address information entered into the Nintendo eShop Location Settings is invalid.
Re-enter the Zip Code and address information in the Location Settings.
- From the Nintendo eShop, select the "Menu" button from the top-left of the touch screen.
- Scroll down and select "Settings / Other."
- Scroll down and select "Location Settings."
- Select "Delete Address," then select "Yes" to confirm.
- Select "Location Settings" again and enter your zip code, then select "OK."
- Verify that your city, state, and county are correct, or select the city, state, and county if prompted.
- Select "OK" twice to confirm your location settings.
