Error Code: 005-6535

Invalid Zip Code or Address

The Zip code or address information entered into the Nintendo eShop Location Settings is invalid.

 

Re-enter the Zip Code and address information in the Location Settings.

  1. From the Nintendo eShop, select the "Menu" button from the top-left of the touch screen.
  2. Scroll down and select "Settings / Other."
  3. Scroll down and select "Location Settings."
  4. Select "Delete Address," then select "Yes" to confirm.
  5. Select "Location Settings" again and enter your zip code, then select "OK."
  6. Verify that your city, state, and county are correct, or select the city, state, and county if prompted.
  7. Select "OK" twice to confirm your location settings.
