What can I do if delivery is unsuccessful?

Delivery may be unsuccessful if you provide insufficient delivery address details.

If nobody is present at the address at the time of attempted delivery, orders may be redirected to a local post office (Australia Post deliveries) or depot (special courier deliveries). If you do not collect the parcel from the post office or depot by a date specified by Australia Post or the courier, this may also result in an unsuccessful delivery.

When delivery is unsuccessful for the reasons described above, typically the parcel will come back to the My Nintendo Store and we will either provide a refund for the cost of the goods excluding shipping, or in some cases offer an option to pay for redelivery which will be quoted to you at the time.

To minimise the chance of unsuccessful deliveries:

  • Please ensure the delivery address is complete and up to date.

  • Someone will need to be present at the address, or the parcel will be redirected to a post office or depot, where you will need to collect it in accordance with information provided to you by Australia Post or the courier.

  • If there is an option for unattended delivery and you select or agree to this option, we are no longer responsible for the parcel from the time the parcel is delivered to the provided address.
