How do I purchase Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers?

Important

  • An active, paid Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to purchase a set of Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers. Users with a free trial or expired membership will not be able to purchase or redeem vouchers.

Additional Information

  • Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers are only sold in sets of two. 

  • Vouchers are available to purchase available to purchase from May 16th, 2019 in the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch. 

  • Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers expire one year from the date of purchase. 

  • It is not possible to purchase additional vouchers if you currently have 7 or more active vouchers.

What To Do:

Nintendo eShop:

  1. Log in to the Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch using a Nintendo Account with an active, paid Nintendo Switch Online membership.

    • Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers can only be redeemed on the same Nintendo Account that purchases them. 

  2. Select Nintendo Switch Online in the left menu to view available special offers. 

  3. Select Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers to view details of the offer. 

  4. Select Proceed to Purchase. 

  5. Select your payment method and enter payment details as needed. 

  6. Select Confirm Purchase to complete the purchase.
