Description:

• You are unable to start a game and an error message is displayed, "An error has occurred."

• Error codes: 2002-2629 to 2002-2669.

What to Do:

1. Restart the console by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then select "Power Options" > "Restart."

   • If the console does not respond, hold down the POWER Button for twelve seconds to force it to shut down. Then power it on again.

2. Ensure the console has the latest system version.

3. Use the console as usual and see if the situation improves.
