Error Code: 2819-0001

Description:

Your software is suspended and the error code 2819-0001 is displayed.

Note:

• This error code most often indicates that your Nintendo Switch console was unable to connect to the internet and that play of downloaded software was suspended.

• An active internet connection is only required when you have the online licence setting enabled and you have not loaded the virtual game card to the console.

What to Do:

• Return to the HOME Menu, then ensure that your Nintendo Switch console is connected to the internet. Once the console is connected, select the suspended software from the HOME Menu to resume playing.

  • If you are currently unable to connect your console to the internet, you can leave the software in this suspended state, then return once you are able to connect.

• If you would like to play this software on this console without requiring an active internet connection, you can load the virtual game card. Please note that your console needs to be connected to the internet to load the virtual game card, but not to play the software after it's been loaded.
