Error Code: 2813-9712

Description:

You are unable to connect to the Nintendo eShop and you receive error code 2813-9712.

Additional Information:

This error indicates the Nintendo eShop has timed out due to inactivity, or that there is a temporary service outage related to Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch.

What to Do:

  • Return to the HOME Menu, and then attempt to access the Nintendo eShop again. 

  • If the error code persists, visit the Network Maintenance Information and Operational Status page and check for any posted service maintenance or outages. 

  • Once the Nintendo eShop maintenance has ended, try to connect to the Nintendo eShop again. 

Situation Not Resolved:

If there is no maintenance or outage posted, and you have experienced this issue for an extended amount of time, please contact Nintendo Customer Service.
