Error Code: 2162-0101

Description:

• You are unable to start a game and you receive the error code 2162-0101.

• You receive the following error message: "An update to the downloadable content is required. Please restart the software and perform a software update."

Additional Information:

• This error indicates the software you are attempting to play must be updated.

• This may occur if you have downloaded DLC that requires a software update prior to use.

Complete These Steps:

1. Return to the HOME Menu, and access the options menu for the software you are attempting to play in order to update it.

   

2. Restart the game and attempt to use the mode or option again.
