Error Code: 2107-0445

Description:

The information in this article can help you when error code 2107-0445 is displayed upon starting up the Nintendo Switch console or while in a game.

What to do:

  1. Restart the console by holding down the POWER Button for three seconds, then select "Power Options" followed by "Restart".

    • If the console is frozen or does not respond, hold down the POWER Button for twelve seconds to force the console to shut down, then power it back on.

  2. Ensure the console has the latest system update and see if the issue improves.

  3. If the issue persists and a microSD card is being used, power off the console and remove the microSD card. Then check if the issue improves.

Situation not resolved:

If the error code persists, the Nintendo Switch console may need to be inspected.
