Play during Spring Fest and get themed icon elements
10 April 2025

Get ready for Spring Fest!
There are 24 hours in a day to buckle down and complete your tasks, but which of those hours are the most fruitful? The next Splatfest (called Spring Fest) for the Splatoon™ 3 game will answer this quandary with a timely debate.
When do you get things done: morning, noon, or night? Pick a side and splat it out to settle which choice will win.
This efficient Splatfest will take place from Saturday, 12th April at 10:00 a.m. to Monday, 14th April at 9:59 a.m. AEST.

Hook fresh rewards just for playing
Nintendo Switch Online members can play the game during the event to earn 100 Platinum Points*, as well as themed icon elements, which you can use to create a fresh look for their user profile on their Nintendo Switch™ system. Please keep in mind a paid membership is required at the time of distribution to receive these icon elements.
It may not be possible to complete this mission and receive Platinum Points immediately after purchasing a Nintendo Switch Online membership.
Don’t want to partake in the Splatfest? No sweat! You’ll complete the mission just by playing during the event, whether you join the debate or not.
After you complete the mission, visit Nintendo Switch Online from the HOME Menu to automatically receive your points. Paid members will receive their unique icon elements by early May.
What is a Splatfest?
A Splatfest is a big deal for Inklings and Octolings all over the world. Players join one of three causes and try to win in-game battles to champion their thoughts on the questions posed.
To take part in Splatfests, you can hop into Splatoon 3 and pick your favourite answer. After joining a team, compete in Splatfest Battles alongside your teammates and ink the most turf to win. The more matches you win, the closer your team will be to achieving ultimate victory—proving your answer is the best!
Splatfests are bigger than ever with Tricolor Turf War battles, which are ink-tense 4v2v2 matches. The big team must defend the middle against two smaller teams on opposite sides of the map.
Get it done on the battlefield!
