Celebrate MAR10 Day with Mario and friends

March 10th is MAR10 Day – get it? – and to celebrate we’ve got some news! In a new video, Shigeru Miyamoto announced that Nintendo is working together with Illumination on a new animated film based on the world of Super Mario Bros. – plus, there are updates on some of the upcoming adventures you can enjoy with Mario and friends on Nintendo Switch!

Fold into adventure in the returning classic Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door on the 23rd May, and creep carefully into spooky escapades in Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD on the 27th June.

Both games are now available to pre-order, too!

Three classics Mario titles and icon parts for Nintendo Switch Online members

Nintendo Switch Online members can also enjoy three additional Mario titles from Game Boy starting 12th March: Dr. Mario, Mario Tennis and Mario Golf! These titles join a line-up of over 140 retro classics available to Nintendo Switch Online members, including Super Mario Bros., Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart and many more!

Plus, members can create their own Nintendo Switch profile pictures with Super Mario user icon parts, available from the Nintendo Switch Online app on your console.

From March 7th to March 24th, when you buy select Mario titles for Nintendo Switch – including Super Mario Bros.
