26 March 2024
The results are in, squiddos! The clout is tallied, the numbers are crunched, and a winner is crowned for the latest Splatfest* in-game event in the Splatoon 3 game.
The Latest Splatfest Winner is Team Keyboard!
The theme for this event was ‘Which instrument would you play?’ with Drums, Guitar, and Keyboard splatting it out for the win.
If you’d like to participate in future Splatfest events, you can buy the Splatoon 3 game at the bottom of this article!

So, uh, what’s a Splatfest?
Splatfests are special in-game events in Splatoon 3. They’re a time to experience a festive atmosphere while you give your opinion on themes that spark great debate and then fight for your side.
What changes during a Splatfest?
A bunch of stuff does! In addition to how Splatsville looks and sounds, these Splatfest Battle types will replace the normal ones: Open, Pro, and (halfway through the event) Tricolor. In ‘Open’, you can enter a match with a group of friends. Pick ‘Pro’ if you’re more of a solo player—everyone on the teams will be randomised.
What do you get for winning a Splatfest?
Everyone who participates will get Super Sea Snails after the Splatfest, with the winning side getting more. Talk to Murch who hangs outside the Lobby if you’re not sure what to do with those (the short version is that Super Sea Snails can be used as a shortcut to upgrade your gear and get abilities that match your needs better).
Wrap your tentacles around the Expansion Pass!
Sling more ink in the Splatoon 3: Expansion Pass – Inkopolis & Side Order paid DLC**! From the return to Inkopolis Plaza to a new single-player campaign, you can enjoy a sea of ink-slinging action.
Side Order returns players to a VERY different Inkopolis Square, the central area from the Splatoon 2 game. With all the colour and citizens missing, you’ll have to battle your way through a new single-player campaign to find out what’s krilly going on.
Inkopolis Plaza (from the original Splatoon game) has changed a bit over the last few years, but Booyah Base still has it goin’ on. Meet the shopkeepers slingin’ fresh deals (Jelonzo, is that you, bud?!) and join super-popular duo the Squid Sisters during Splatfests*.
Phew! Splatoon 3 is sure serving up quite a bit of fun. If you’d like to purchase the game or the paid DLC, please visit the link below.
Good luck out there, squiddos!
