How is your balance?
The Wii Balance Board measures weight from all four corners, so it can easily detect where your center of balance is at any given moment. One of the things Wii Fit tests is your center of balance when standing in your normal posture. You might be amazed at the results!
What is your favorite type of workout?
Wii Fit contains a variety of activities that touch on all of these areas. You can train daily with a yoga instructor, test your balance in snowboarding, go jogging on a virtual path, or tone your upper body by doing push-ups on the Wii Balance Board.
Do you know what BMI is?
BMI, or Body Mass Index, is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that is a standard used by many health organizations. With Wii Fit, you can easily check and chart your BMI every day—in fact it does this for you quickly and automatically. Over time, you can see how your BMI changes over the course of weeks, months, or even an entire year.
How often do you weigh yourself?
Wii Fit can automatically measure and track your weight everyday, just like your BMI. It even lets you set goals and will track your progress towards achieving your goal. Or if you’re not interested in weight, you can focus solely on your BMI—the choice is yours.
When was the last time you tried a Hula Hoop?
Wii Fit isn’t just about exercising, it’s about having fun. There are a variety of activities (including using a Hula Hoop®) that can be played by anyone, any age, at any skill level. You can track your performance in these activities as well, comparing your abilities to those of others playing on the same Wii console.
