Animal Crossing: New Leaf - Best Buy SpotPass Content Exclusive!


Visit Nintendo Zone™ locations at participating Best Buy stores with your Nintendo 3DS™ and Animal Crossing: New Leaf game on the below dates to receive Animal Crossing: New Leaf SpotPass™ items*!

1. Visit one of the participating Best Buy store with your Nintendo 3DS and Animal Crossing: New Leaf game.

2. Make sure your Wireless feature on Nintendo 3DS system is ON.

3. Start your Animal Crossing: New Leaf game.

4. Go to the Post Office on the Main Street.

*If your pocket is full with other items, you will not be able to receive the item. Please make sure to have empty space in your pocket before going to the Post Office.

5. Talk to Pelly at the counter, and select “Ask about a Present.”

6. Agree to connect to the internet and download the item.

7. Once download is completed, you can see the item in your pocket.

8. Make sure to save the game before shutting off.

The Nintendo 3DS system must be set to English language.

*If you shut off the game without saving, the download item may be lost.

If you save the game properly, you can shut off the game. The item will be in your pocket when you start the game next time. You can place the item in your house to further customize the interior!

*These items are not available at the shops. If you gift it to other players, you will not be able to get it again even if you visited the Best Buy Nintendo Zone again during the campaign period.

Please Note: You will have to have visited the post office at least once before you can receive the present. You will also need to have played the game for more than one day and must at least have a tent.

You can not just open the game and go to the post office and receive the present.
