Each section offers all the typical phases of the workout with warm-up exercises, an intensive training phase and a final relaxation phase. Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface for the new Wii U and a rhythmic and involving soundtrack, burning calories and toning your body has never been so much fun.

Yes. As long as you have signed up for My Nintendo before you purchase the game, your game will qualify for My Nintendo Points.
