More information about Friend Codes:

How to view your Friend Code
Important: Each Mii you log in with on Mario Strikers Charged will have a unique Friend Code. Because of this, one Wii console can potentially have more than one Friend Code.

    2. Select "Friend Roster."
    3. Your 12-digit Friend Code will be displayed in white lettering at the top of the screen.

This Friend Code will be different for each Mii you connect online with.

How to add a Friend Code
Use these steps to add another player's Friend Code to your Friend Roster. When both of you have entered each other's Friend Codes, you can play a "Battle Friend" match.

    1. Log in to the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection with Mario Strikers Charged (being sure to use the Mii you want to view the Friend Code for).
    2. Select "Friend Roster."
    3. Select "Add Friend".
    4. Enter your Friend's 12-digit Friend Code.
    5. If the code was entered correctly, the Friend Code will display "Connecting." In order for the Friend Code to be confirmed, both player's must add each other's Friend Code to their systems, and both players must connect to the Nintendo WFC simultaneously.
    6. Once both Friend Codes have been confirmed, your Friend's nickname will display next to their Mii. It will also display whether or not they are currently logged in to the Nintendo WFC.

Once the Friend Codes are confirmed, you will be able to start a "Friend Battle."

How to remove a Friend Code
Use these steps to remove another player's Friend Code from your Friend Roster. By doing this, you will no longer be able to play a "Battle Friend" match with this person.

Intermittent or slow connection ("lag") when playing a friend from another continent
For players in North and South America, you will be able to play random "Ranked" matches only against others within North and South America, including immediately surrounding countries. However, If you choose "Battle Friends" and invite a friend living on another continent after you have exchanged Friend Codes, you may be able to play with that person. Please keep in mind that this not recommended, as the lag (slow or choppy play) could potentially make the match difficult or otherwise unplayable.
