How to access this router's settings:

Access login by clicking: http://192.168.100.1
Enter default* username: user
Enter default* password: user

* If you have changed the router's default login settings you will need to enter the newer username and/or password. If you are unable to log in to the router, please call 1-800-255-3700.

Where to find and change your router's:

WEP/WPA key: Under 'Security' on the 'Wireless' tab
Network name: Under 'Basic' on the 'Wireless' tab
Broadcast Channel: Under 'Basic' on the 'Wireless' tab
Firewall Settings: Under 'Content Filter' on the 'Firewall' tab

Important Notes:

Change the wireless channel to 1. This settings can be found on the 'Wireless' tab, under 'Basic.'

Turn off 'Firewall Protection' and 'Block Fragmented IP Packets.' These settings can be found under 'Content Filter' on the 'Firewall' tab.
