Please try the following troubleshooting for the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector

1. Verify that the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector is installed correctly and that the PC is turned on (the USB Connector will not work while the PC is turned off).
2. Try our interference troubleshooting steps.
3. Are you using any security programs (firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-adware, etc.)? If so, you may need to add the Nintendo USB Registration Tool software to a list of "allowed" programs or "exceptions." If this is unavailable, you may need to disable yousecurity program before the Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector can access our servers. 4. Try uninstalling the Nintendo Wi-FI USB Connector software, and installing the newest version. To get uninstalling instructions and the latest version of the software, please click here.
