Why aren't all Video On Demand services available?
- In the coming weeks, an array of favorite movies and TV shows will become available to Wii U owners on Amazon Instant Video and to Hulu Plus and Netflix subscribers. These services will also be accessible from Nintendo TVii. Wii U owners will also be able to watch YouTube videos and channels through the YouTube application, as well as sign in to their account and control the application with the GamePad. Wii U owners who have connected their systems to the Internet will receive a notification as each video application becomes active.

Amazon Instant Video Playback Pauses, Stops, or Rebuffers
Situation:
- Video playback pauses often.
- Video playback takes an extended amount of time to load after stopping.
Possible Solutions:
- Power cycle your home network by performing the following steps:
- Unplug the power from your modem and router.
- After 30 seconds, plug the power back into your modem and wait for the modem to restart.
- Once the modem restarts, plug the power back into your wireless router and wait for the modem to restart.
- Ensure that no other devices or applications are utilizing bandwidth on your network (e.g. other electronics streaming content, performing downloads, etc). After disabling any devices or applications using your network's Internet connection, attempt to watch your video again.
- Using a PC on your home network, check your current download speeds by visiting one of the following sites:
- Still not working? Wireless interference may be may be causing your Wii U console's Internet connection to slow down or time out. Use our wireless interference troubleshooting to ensure a strong wireless signal, and attempt to watch your video again. (How To)

Most video on demand services are able to stream content consistently when using download speeds above 1.0Mbps. If your download speeds are lower than this, contact your Internet service provider for further assistance.

You Are Prompted for a 5-digit PIN When Using Amazon Instant Video
Situatuion:
- When making a purchase on Amazon Instant Video you are asked to enter a 5-digit PIN.
- When bypassing Amazon Instant Video Parental Controls, or when exiting the kid-specific section, you are asked to enter a 5-digit PIN.
What to do:
- When making purchases through Amazon Instant Video, or when attempting to bypass Amazon Instant Video Parental Controls, Amazon requires you to use your 5-digit Amazon Instant Video PIN. This PIN is different than the Wii U Parental Control PIN.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and use the on-screen keyboard to enter your Amazon Instant Video PIN.

- Your Video Library is a collection of all videos that have been purchased or rented on any Amazon-compatible device. All purchased or rented videos are automatically added to Your Video Library.
- Your Watchlist allows you to "bookmark" videos for easy access later. You can include any video in Your Watchlist, regardless of whether the video has been purchased or rented, or whether the video is Prime or not.
