Time Settings Incorrect
Situation:
Time settings incorrect
Note:
The Wii console uses a 24-hour clock (military time) e.g. 1:00 P.M. should show as 13:00. If the console appears to be off by a day (or half day), this may be why. The clock does not automatically update for Daylight Savings Time.
What to Do:
If the console isn't keeping track of the time when it is unplugged from the wall, the internal battery needs replacing. Please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.

Forgot Parental Controls PIN
Situation:
Unable to access Parental Controls as the PIN has been forgotten
What To Do:
Select the System Settings icon on the HOME Menu, and tap "Open."
Tap "Parental Controls."
Tap "Forgot PIN."
