LAN - Attaching the Broadband Adapter

1. Make sure you have all of the required items.
   
2. Remove all wires and controllers from the Nintendo GameCube.
   
   
3. Place the Nintendo GameCube upside down on a flat surface, and remove the plastic cover labeled "Serial Port 1," near the front of the GCN. (illustration 1)
   
   
4. Insert the Nintendo GameCube Broadband Adapter into Serial Port 1 (illustration 2), and press it down so it locks into place. Place the GCN upright.
   
   
5. Replace the wires and controllers to the Nintendo GameCube that you disconnected at the beginning.
   
   

*Note: Keep the plastic "Serial Port 1" cover from your Nintendo GameCube in a safe place, should you ever wish to remove the Broadband Adapter.
