For general tips on finding the input select for your TV or VCR, check here.
Select your TV or VCR manufacturer from the list below. It will show you the common locations of that manufacturer's input select options.
If you are still not able to see your game, you may need to verify that all your
hookup connections are correct. Please select which system you are connecting to from the main customer service page.
Admiral
- Aux channel located below channel 2 (might have to auto-program
channels with Nintendo 64 ON)
- Press MENU, choose SOURCE, switch the source to AUX

JC Penney
All JC Penney TVs and VCRs are manufactured by other companies
(RCA, JVC, Emerson, etc.) If the following information doesn't get you going,
look for the manufacturers name on the back of the TV or VCR. If
youre unable to find it, JC Penney can let you know who the manufacturer
is, as long as you have the model number handy.

- With JVC VCRs, there are frequently two sets of inputs, front
and rear. They are not labeled "Input 1 and 2". To determine which set is
activated, you need to go through the menu to either FUNCTION or TUNER SETUP,
choose AUX, and then you can see or select FRONT or REAR.

LXI / Sears
All Sears TVs and VCRs are manufactured by other companies (RCA,
JVC, Emerson, etc.) If the following information doesn't get you going, look
for the manufacturers name on the back of the TV or VCR. If youre
unable to find it, Sears can let you know who the manufacturer is, as long as
you have the model number handy.
- TV/AV, TV/VIDEO or INPUT in THE front panel onthe TV or
on the remote.
- Channel 91 or 00 (might have to auto-program TV with the
Nintendo 64 turned ON, or use the channel edit feature in the menu)
- Press MENU or SETUP, choose SOURCE, select AV
- Many Sears VCRs have a button labelled "channel lock" that
needs to be turned off in order to channel up or down on the VCR.

select menu options.
- Press MENU or DISPLAY, choose INPUT or ANTENNA, and switch from
ANTENNA/CABLE or TUNER to AUX
- Press MENU or DISPLAY, then choose AUX
- Press MENU or DISPLAY, choose TUNING FEATURES, then choose
PICTURE SOURCE or SOURCE SELECT and switch to AUX
- Aux channel below 2
- Press STATUS, choose INPUT or ANTENNA, switch to AUX

Mitsubishi
- Some models have a HOME THEATER setting which will lock out the
inputs. Turn the HOME THEATER setting OFF to allow the inputs to be used.

Montgomery Ward
- All Montgomery Ward TVs and VCRs are manufactured by other
companies (RCA, JVC, Emerson, etc.) If the following information doesn't get

If youre unable to find it, Montgomery Ward can let you know who the
manufacturer is, as long as you have the model number handy.

options.

NEC
- TV/VIDEO on TV or remote.
- INPUT SELECT button on remote.
- Press INPUT or AUX on the front of the VCR or remote.
- TV/SIMUL/LINE switch in front panel. Switch to LINE.
Optimus
- AUX or INPUT button on remote.
- Press MENU, select SETUP VCR, then INPUT SELECT, then choose
LINE.
- Aux channel below 2
- Menu button on remote, choose TV, INPUT SELECT, then switch
from TUNER to LINE
Orion
- Press TV/AV button on remote
- Input switches automatically when its in VCR mode.

Panasonic
- Panasonic has a feature to their newer TVs called GAME GUARD.
Game Guard is a function that blocks all incoming signals from channels 3, 4
and the AV inputs. The purpose is to allow parents to prevent their children
from playing video games. If you have this feature enabled, you must turn it
OFFin order to play your video games.
- TV/VIDEO button behind front panel or remote
- INPUT or ACTION button on front panel or remote, then choose
appropriate input.
- On some VCRs you have to setup the VCR before it will allow the
INPUT to work. To do this, press channel down on the VCR, then select LANGUAGE,
then the VCR will automatically go through a channel setup selecting certain
signals. You can then press INPUT for the game to work.
- INPUT button on remote or front panel
- Press MENU, choose SETUP VCR, then INPUT SELECT, switch to
LINE.
- Line or Aux channel below 2
- TUNER/LINE button in front panel or on remote

- Press MENU or ACTION, select SETUP VCR, choose INPUT or SOURCE
SELECT, and switch to LINE.
Philco
- Press DISPLAY until you reach INPUT/AUX, switch to AUX.
- Press INPUT or INPUT/LINE button in front panel or on
remote.
- Aux channel below 2 or channel 00.
Philips
- The majority of Philips TVs use the Volume up and down keys to
select menu options.
- Press DISPLAY or MENU until you reach INPUT or ANTENNA/AUX in;
select VCR or AUX IN.
- Aux or Line channel below 2.
- LINE button on remote.
- Below channel 2.
Proscan
- Channel 00, 91 or 92 on remote.
Quasar
- TV/VIDEO, INPUT, or VIDEO MODE button on the front of the TV or
remote.
- On TV or remote, press ACTION, choose INPUT SELECT, then select
VIDEO.
- INPUT, AUX, or LINE button in front panel or on remote.
- Aux or Line channel below 2.
- Press MENU, select SETUP VCR, switch Input Select from TUNER to
LINE.
- Some Quasar VCRs may display a message on the screen: "Push the
input button when AV cables are being used."

Radio Shack
- Press FUNCTION on the TV or remote, choose INPUT SELECT, then

Problems with these VCRs may indicate the CABLE BOX CONTROL needs to be
ON.

- Press MENU, select INPUT, choose CHANNEL or PICTURE SOURCE,
then choose AUX
- Press DISPLAY or STATUS until you reach ANT, then use volume +
or - to select AUX IN.
- Press either TV/AV, AUX, or VIDEO button up front or on
remote
- Ext or Aux channel below 2
- Press MENU on remote, go to VCR SETUP, select INPUT, choose
appropriate Input.
Symphonic
- Press the TV/VCR button on the remote
- Aux or Line channel below 2

EXT.

Westinghouse
- TV/VIDEO on remote or MENU, SET-UP, INPUT, VIDEO
- Aux or Line channel below 2.

XR1000
- Aux channel below 2.
- TUNER/EXT button inside panel or on remote.
Zenith
- Press MENU until you reach the SOURCE MENU. Select SOURCE, use
Adjust keys to switch from ANTENNA to AUX or AV/VCR
- Aux channel below 2 or 1
- AUX button behind hidden panel or on remote. In addition, it
may be necessary to press AUX AUDIO SOURCE TO TV to get the full sound.
- SOURCE or SOURCE INDEX button on TV or remote. This may bring
up ANT/AV/VCR. If so, use the Adjust keys to select AV/VCR.
- SOURCE or VIDEO SOURCE switch inside a front panel. Switch to
the appropriate Aux input.
- Press MENU, select TUNING FEATURES or SETUP, go to SOURCE,
switch to AUX.
- SOURCE SELECT or AUX button on remote
- Line or Aux channel below 2
