What to do:

- Re-download the Update from the Nintendo eShop. (How To)
- The Update data is saved to the SD Card and appears in the "Add-On Content" section of the system's Data Management area. If this data has been erased or if the SD Card has been removed or exchanged, the game's Online modes will not be accessible until the Update is downloaded again.

- Check the distance and the angle from the AR Card. The Nintendo 3DS system should be 14 inches away and be held at a 30 degree angle relative to the card.
- Make sure the card is centered on the screen.
- Make sure the game play area is well-lit.
- Make sure a bright light source is not reflecting off the card.
