If you have been unable to connect your Wii console online to receive a system update because you are using a router with an SPI firewall that is not compatible with the Wii, you have the option to send in your Wii console to Nintendo. Our technicians will install the system update on your console at no charge. Shipping to Nintendo will also be provided at no charge when you use the UPS drop-off service described below.
