    • Please do not return your system to the retail store.
    All of your Nintendo DSi Shop data, including DSiWare applications and Nintendo DSi Points will be lost. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you don't have a Nintendo DSi Shop account and you elect to return your product to the store, you must first follow the Delete Usage procedure described here to remove any personal pictures, recorded sounds, or other information that may be on your system.
