The Internet Browser features an extremely robust web browser; however, there are some limitations to which web browser features are supported. Use the list below to determine if the feature in question is supported, and to what extent.

- From the webpage you are on, tap and hold the image you wish to display.
- Select "Preview."
- Note: This will only work on thumbnails and image previews.
- Once you are viewing the preview image you will see it on the Wii U GamePad and the TV screen. To view the image exclusively on the TV screen, tap the display switch icon to restore the web page you were browsing. The image will stay on the TV screen until you close it.
- You can zoom in and out on the image by tapping the + and – Buttons.
- To restore the image on the Wii U GamePad, tap the display switch icon again to drop the image window down. The image will remain on the TV screen, but will now be displayed on the Wii U GamePad.
- To close the image, tap "Close" on the image bar.

- Cookies are always enabled on the Wii U Internet Browser. It is not possible to disable cookies.

Still Not Resolved:
- If you are still receiving this error message, there is likely a compatibility issue between the website and the Internet Browser.
Situation:
- Certain graphics / images will not load on the Wii U Internet Browser.
What to do:
- Websites that use Flash, PDFs, Java and so forth, cannot be displayed. Additionally, the Wii U Browser cannot download plug-ins of any kind.
- Compatible image formats include bmp, gif, ico, jpeg, png, svg. Some images may not be displayed depending on format.
