- Visit ddp.nintendo.com to generate download codes and to check your point balance. Please note that you will not be able to access the site until 24 hours after your first Nintendo eShop purchase.

Description:
- Check points earned via the Deluxe Digital Promotion.
- Sign in to the Deluxe Digital Promotion website with your Nintendo Network ID and password.
- The Points balance is located on the right side of the screen, under "Points Summary."
- The Points Balance shows the number of Points currently eligible towards an activation code. (This number does not include Points that have already been redeemed for an activation code.)
- Total Points Earned shows the total number of Points that have been awarded to the account to date. (This number includes Points that have been redeemed for an activation code.)
- For a dated history of Points awarded and redeemed to the account, select "View Points" at the top of the screen.

Description:
- The Deluxe Digital Promotion allows players that have purchased the Wii U Deluxe Set to earn points when they purchase downloadable games. Points can then be exchanged for activation codes that can be redeemed to receive credit at the Nintendo eShop.
Key Points:
- Only purchases or downloads made on the Wii U Deluxe Set are eligible for the Deluxe Digital Promotion. Purchases or downloads made via the Wii U Basic Set do not accrue points.
- Downloadable content purchased in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U will earn points equivalent to about 10% of the software's purchase price in the Nintendo eShop. For example, a game priced at $59.99 would earn 599 points.
- Content purchased using download codes sold at participating retailers and downloaded in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U will earn points equivalent to about 10% of the software's list price in the Nintendo eShop.
- For every 500 points earned, participants will receive a code worth $5 in credit to be used in the Nintendo eShop, for either Wii U or Nintendo 3DS.
- Wii U Deluxe Set owners will earn points on all qualifying purchases made between Nov. 18, 2012, and Dec. 31, 2014.

- Purchases made in the Wii Shop and the Nintendo 3DS eShop are not eligible to earn points.

- The Deluxe Digital Promotion launched on December 8, 2012. Participating Wii U owners can visit the to see points earned, and receive codes that can be redeemed for credit in the Nintendo eShop.
- Participants in the promotion can earn points on qualifying purchases made between Nov. 18, 2012, and Dec. 31, 2014.
- Codes for Nintendo eShop credit earned in the promotion must be received at the Deluxe Digital Promotion website by March 31, 2015.

- No. It is not possible to participate in the Deluxe Digital Promotion on a Basic 8GB Wii U system. Only purchases made on a Deluxe 32GB Wii U console qualify for the Deluxe Digital Promotion.

Situation:
- Points are missing from the DDP Points Balance.
What to do:
- It can take up to 24 hours for purchases on the Nintendo eShop to appear on the DDP website. If it has been less than 24 hours since the content was purchased, wait a day and check again.
- Free downloads (such as Netflix and game demos) and content purchased in the Wii Shop on the Wii U do not receive Points through the Deluxe Digital Promotion program.
- Verify how many points have been awarded to your account. (How To)
- The current Points Balance shows the amount of Points that have not yet been redeemed; Total Points Earned shows the total amount of Points that have been awarded.
- Check the Points transaction history for a list of Points that have been awarded and redeemed. (How To)
- The history shows each purchase that has earned Points, as well as each activation code that has been requested.
- Downloadable content will earn points equivalent to about 10% of the software's purchase price. For example, a game priced at $59.99 would earn 599 points.
- If an item was purchased with a different Nintendo Network Account, the Points will appear on that account. If multiple Nintendo Network Accounts are associated to your system, try signing in to the Deluxe Digital Promotion website with the other accounts, to see if the Points have been awarded to a different one.
- Points awarded to different Nintendo Network Accounts cannot be combined.
Still Not Resolved:
- After trying the above steps, if you are still unable to determine what happened to the missing points, we will need to research your issue further. Please contact us by email using our webform or by phone at 001 (425) 558-7078.
Important Note!

Situation:
- The Deluxe Digital Promotion website is not working correctly (not loading, unable to log in, etc).
What to do:
- Verify that you are going to the correct website. The Deluxe Digital Promotion website is located at:
http://ddp.nintendo.com/ - Make sure that you are logging in with your Nintendo Network Account ID and password. (The Nintendo Network ID is not the same as your Mii name.)
- Verify that you are entering the correct Nintendo Network ID for your account. (How To)
- If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one through your Wii U. (How To)
- To access the website you must have made your first purchase in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U at least 24 hours ago. If it has been less than 24 hours since your first purchase, you will not be able to access the website. Wait until 24 hours have passed and try again.
- If multiple Nintendo Network Accounts are associated to your system, make sure that you are signing in to the Deluxe Digital Promotion website with the Nintendo Network Account that made the purchase.
- If you're not sure which Nintendo Network Account was used to make a purchase, check the Nintendo eShop Account Activity. Transactions will only appear on the account that made the purchase.

Situation:
- A download code issued through the Deluxe Digital Promotion has been lost.
What to do:
- All of the download codes that have been issued to your account are retained on the Deluxe Digital Promotion website. Check your previous codes to locate the missing one. (How To)
Important Note!
- The Deluxe Digital Promotion is only available in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
Situation:
- A download code issued through the Deluxe Digital Promotion is not working (invalid, already used, etc).
What to do:
- Sign in to the Deluxe Digital Promotion website, and verify that you are entering the correct download code. (How To)
- Some numbers and letters may be difficult to read (for example, a 0 may look like an O, a 1 may look like an I, etc). If the code you are entering contains characters that could be mistaken, try entering similar characters.
- Make sure that you are entering the Download Code in the correct place in the Nintendo eShop. (How To)
- Check the Nintendo eShop Account Activity on your Wii U or Nintendo 3DS, to determine whether the code was already redeemed on your system.
- If there are multiple Nintendo Network Accounts on your Wii U, check the Account Activity for each one.
